CFC Technology provides technology solutions for small and mid-sized financial institutions. Brass Tacks has partnered with CFC on several initiatives.
In this project, CFC had recently refocused their brand, and they wanted the way they talked about what they did to reinforce and strengthen that identity. We worked closely with the CFC team to gain a thorough understanding of their values, personality, and services.
Once we had a good sense of who CFC was, we were able to craft a brand-specific voice. CFC was claiming a unique space as a technology rebel with good cause in the traditional banking industry. We recognized that shaking up the normal corporate business-speak that often serves as the default for technology companies would be a great way for CFC to represent their uncomplicated, personal, and techie-hip values.
Using CFC’s new brand-specific voice, we created and delivered marketing and web copy, as well as an internal branding toolbox that helped staff get a better sense of how to talk and write about CFC.
